The 5 Day Sugar Free Challenge
I am running a new 5 day Sugar Free Challenge, starting 10th September. The last one was incredible we had such amazing results and I am so excited to run one for you after you may have piled on a pound or two over the summer holidays!
On the 5 day challenge you get 1 email from me every day, giving you some great hacks on how to go sugar free easily! Through recipes, mindset and meditation.
Its all very simple to follow.
You also get a Facebook live with me in our private Facebook group, and I support you every day in there, answering your questions- its also a wonderful place to feel supported by the other sugar free members.
The last one we did in April was just incredible, the group lost 3-7 pounds, they said they have never felt so good, how easy it was, how they had never given up sugar before and can’t believe they can do it now.
So why should you bother?
Sugar is the cause of so many issues, I could write for centuries on it. But in short it causes inflamation in the body, which then can lead to disease, stress, anxiety, depression, weight gain, bloat, water retention, digestive issues, sleep problems, joint pain, stiffness.. just to name a few!
