Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I’m not a massive fan of Brussel Sprouts, but roasted in oil and chilli they are absolutely gorgeous!
Ingredients: 200g Brussels; Chilli flakes to your taste; 100g pomegranates; 3 tbsp Olive oil
Method: Roast the Brussels in the oven on 180 for 30-40 minutes with a splash of olive oil, chilli flakes salt and pepper. Serve with pomegranates.
