Yummy clean Halloween chocolates

Did you know that most shop bought chocolates not only have sugar and preservatives in but also the cocoa has had all the nutrients boiled out of them.

Raw cacao is actually incredibly nutritious, and with this recipe we make them raw, so your body gets to benefit from all the nutrients and it’s delicious too!
And very quick to make!

Raw cacao is full of antioxidants and calcium,
magnesium, sulfur, copper, iron, zinc and potassium, oleic acid which is a heart-healthy essential monounsaturated fat, fiber and vitamins E, B2, B1, B5, B3

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1tbsp almond nut butter
4 Tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 Tablespoons of a natural sweetener- honey/coconut sugar/carob syrup/date syrup…

Melt alll the ingredients together and transfer paste to a chocolate mould- I bought mine from Amazon.

Let it set at room temperature and then transfer to the fridge.
